A dado is shown at the bottom. On top is an entablature, with a green leaf molding at the bottom and an entablature. The light blue panel shows horizontal rows of two alternate motifs which are staggered in alternate rows. The motifs are palmette in lighter or darker blues and a white cone alternatively suggested. Two green lintels are drawn across the top.
